cashpk Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cashpk" refers to the online gaming platform operated at cashpk.ws, including all products, services, and features accessible via the platform.
• "Platform" means the cashpk website, mobile-optimised interface, and any applications through which cashpk services are delivered.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the cashpk platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created following successful completion of the cashpk registration and KYC process.
• "cashpk Login" refers to the authentication process by which a registered player accesses their cashpk account using their registered credentials.
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount held in a player's cashpk account wallet, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by cashpk.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process, which at cashpk requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and supporting documentation.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which cashpk accounts are denominated and transacted.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given to it in Section 9 of these Terms & Conditions.

By accessing the cashpk platform, completing the cashpk Login, placing any bet, or using any cashpk service, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3, including the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• You are accessing the cashpk platform voluntarily, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that cashpk provides no guarantee of winnings.
• You agree to cashpk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

To register for and use a cashpk account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains open:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cashpk strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction through mandatory CNIC-based KYC verification. No withdrawal will be processed until your age has been confirmed.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons are not permitted to hold cashpk accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false identity information is a material breach of these terms and will result in account suspension.
• You must not already hold an existing cashpk account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by cashpk or by any other gambling operator — at the time of registration.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.

cashpk reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. cashpk may at any time request additional identity documentation to satisfy its KYC obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

Upon successful registration and KYC verification, cashpk will open a player account in your name denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

Login Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cashpk Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. cashpk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Account Closure: You may request closure of your cashpk account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

Dormant Accounts: A cashpk account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. cashpk may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. If a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account may be permanently closed.

• Keep your registered email address and phone number up to date at all times.
• Notify cashpk support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
• Do not use your cashpk account for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.
• You must not use another person's payment method to fund your cashpk account.

Deposits: cashpk accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and major debit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your cashpk wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers typically credit within a few hours. cashpk does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification before processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically feasible. cashpk processes verified JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 30 minutes. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers settle within one business day.

Withdrawal Limits: Standard cashpk accounts have a maximum single withdrawal limit of Rs 500,000. Players whose account history and verification status qualifies them for VIP treatment may apply for higher limits by contacting support. cashpk reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments at its discretion.

Source of Funds: cashpk may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal requests. This is a regulatory compliance requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in a withdrawal being delayed or declined pending further review.

cashpk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus rules set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus rules and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum single bet or stake is Rs 2,000 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided and the bonus forfeited.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Slots contribution rates vary by title. The contribution rates for each game category are published on the cashpk promotions page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated expiry period are automatically forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms and begin from the time the bonus is credited to your account.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. cashpk reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether multiple accounts are associated with the same player for the purposes of bonus eligibility.
• cashpk's Right to Withdraw Bonuses: cashpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn after having been credited to your account, any wagering already completed towards the relevant requirement will be honoured.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through the cashpk sportsbook. Additional sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the cashpk sportsbook lobby.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once cashpk has confirmed acceptance and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. cashpk reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: The minimum stake per bet is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement. cashpk reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits.
• PSL and Cricket Betting: Pakistan Super League markets and international cricket markets are among the most heavily traded on the cashpk sportsbook. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, cashpk's cricket betting rules — published in full in the sportsbook rules section — will determine the settlement of affected bets.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets are subject to suspension at any time at cashpk's discretion. Bets accepted during a period of market suspension due to a technical error may be voided. cashpk's in-play settlement decisions are final.
• Void Bets: cashpk reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, data feed error, or where the outcome of an event was known to the player at the time of bet placement.
• Settlement: cashpk will settle all sports bets using official results from the relevant governing body or, where unavailable, from reputable independent sources. Settlement times vary by sport and market. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, cashpk's decision is final.

All casino games available on the cashpk platform — including live casino titles, slots, Teen Patti 20-20, Midas Fortune, and all other RNG-based games — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules published within the game interface.

• RNG Certification: All cashpk RNG (Random Number Generator) games are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results cannot be influenced by cashpk, the game provider, or the player.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the hand or round in progress at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the game provider's rules and the result recorded at the studio. cashpk accepts no liability for losses attributable to player-side connectivity issues.
• Teen Patti 20-20 and Midas Fortune: These flagship cashpk titles are subject to their own specific game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are advised to read the game rules before placing real-money bets.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction — whether in an RNG game or a live casino stream — all bets placed during the affected period may be voided at cashpk's discretion. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account. cashpk's malfunction decisions are final and binding.
• Game Availability: cashpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any casino game title at any time without prior notice. This includes temporary unavailability during maintenance windows.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cashpk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one cashpk account, or registering under a false or third-party identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the cashpk platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software error, pricing mistake, or bonus loophole for financial gain. This includes but is not limited to systematic play designed to exploit promotions across multiple accounts.
• Using the cashpk platform for any money laundering purpose or to process proceeds of illegal activity. cashpk complies with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Accessing the cashpk platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward cashpk staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's cashpk account without authorisation.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or making chargebacks following withdrawal of winnings.

cashpk is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from their account dashboard following cashpk Login, without requiring support contact or approval delays.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

All intellectual property rights in the cashpk platform — including but not limited to the cashpk name, logo, website design, software, game content, written content, graphics, and data — are owned by or licensed to cashpk. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any intellectual property rights in respect of the cashpk platform or its content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the cashpk platform without cashpk's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of cashpk's intellectual property is a breach of these terms and may constitute a breach of applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cashpk's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the cashpk platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

cashpk shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special losses or damages, including loss of profits or loss of data.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to keep their cashpk Login credentials secure.
• Losses attributable to player-side connectivity issues during live casino games or in-play betting.
• Unavailability of the cashpk platform during scheduled or emergency maintenance windows.
• Losses arising from events outside cashpk's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits cashpk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

cashpk collects and processes personal data about players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and the provision of gaming services. cashpk is committed to handling personal data responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection requirements.

Full details of how cashpk collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data — including your rights as a data subject — are set out in the cashpk Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to the cashpk Privacy Policy.

cashpk will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. cashpk may share your data with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification providers) where necessary to provide the cashpk service, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

cashpk reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cashpk will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via an in-platform notification upon their next cashpk Login. The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the cashpk platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your cashpk account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to cashpk's operating jurisdiction as specified in its gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and cashpk regarding the settlement of a bet, the outcome of a casino game, or any account decision, you should first raise the matter with cashpk support via live chat. cashpk will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If you remain unsatisfied with cashpk's response, you may refer the dispute to the relevant regulatory authority specified in cashpk's gaming licence.
